I recently purchased new tires and rims, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Luis was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. The guys in the shop were just as impressive. They worked efficiently, treated my vehicle with care, and delivered top-quality workmanship. The attention to detail and customer service exceeded my expectations. They even went the extra mile by loading my old tires into the back of my truck for me, which was greatly appreciated and showed their commitment to taking care of their customers. It's hard to find a team that truly cares about their customers, but Luis and the entire shop proved they do. Their professionalism, helpful attitude, and excellent service made this a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires, rims, or great service. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience—I will definitely be back and will gladly recommend you to friends and family! :::

Really great experience! I don’t know much about cars, so I truly appreciated how patient and helpful Ishmael was. He installed my new tires and took the time to explain everything clearly — that installation comes free with the tire purchase, and that several ongoing tire services are included at no extra cost. He also explained when I should come back for my next free tire service, showed me the sticker so I can track mileage, and told me that I can use these tire services not only in Kissimmee but at any RNR Tire Express location throughout Florida, which is very convenient. The shop was clean, organized, and everyone was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this location!
